These terms govern the use of raceprosim.com and the process by which RaceProSim designs, builds and delivers bespoke simulation systems.
RaceProSim designs and builds engineering-grade racing and driver-training simulators to order from San Carlos, California. Every system is specified individually; there is no catalogue product and no published price.
The content of this site — text, photography, technical descriptions and the RaceProSim name and logo — belongs to RaceProSim unless stated otherwise. Product names and marks of other manufacturers referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.
Specifications, imagery and build times shown here describe systems we have delivered and are indicative. They do not form part of any agreement until confirmed in a written quote.
A configuration submitted through this site is a request, not an order. It is reviewed by an engineer, who returns a written specification and a personal quote.
No system enters the build schedule until a quote is approved in writing and the agreed production deposit is received. Until that point either party may walk away.
A typical build runs ten to fourteen weeks from an approved specification to installation. Because each system is built individually, that period depends on the specification agreed and on the availability of specified third-party components.
Installation and onboarding at the client's site are part of every project unless the written quote says otherwise.
A RaceProSim system is training and simulation equipment. Skill developed in simulation supports, but does not replace, instruction and experience in a real vehicle. RaceProSim is not responsible for how a driver performs on a public road or a racing circuit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
