Technology
Motion, geometry, vehicle data and control are not separate products bolted together. They are specified against each other, which is the only way the feedback a driver reads stays consistent.
Motion Suspension
Our proprietary Motion Suspension system, developed together with Sigma Integrale, is more than a platform with actuators bolted onto the cockpit. Its concept is built around the way a real car's suspension actually works.
The platform's lowered centre of gravity improves structural stability and lets it reproduce weight distribution more accurately. The wide spacing of the drives mirrors the wheelbase geometry of a real car: instead of being packed compactly under the seat, the actuators are positioned according to the logic of a four-point suspension system.
Not artificial g-forces. The car working as a complete system — suspension, chassis, tire grip and the response to driver inputs.

Digital vehicle modeling
We don't stop at designing, building and installing hardware. We build digital models of our clients' cars — and it is the accuracy of this source data that determines how realistic, informative and valuable the simulator is. Every parameter works toward one thing: precise, predictable, useful feedback for the driver.
A precise model of the cockpit and controls: seat position, wheel, pedals, sightlines, cockpit geometry and the driver's workspace.
The suspension architecture: arms, mounting points, dampers, springs, anti-roll bars, wheel travel, camber, caster, toe and load transfer.
Mass, weight distribution, tires, brakes, steering effort, engine, gearbox, differential, aerodynamics and telemetry.
This is how a true digital twin of a car is built.
Race-grade gear
The Tilton set delivers real hydraulic brake pressure, which can be matched to the pressure in your own race car. That single detail changes how a driver brakes more than any software setting.
Immersion and control
Everything the driver perceives is part of the specification — and everything they have to operate is reduced to a single control surface.
