What we collect when you contact us or configure a build, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

We collect only what a project needs:

• Your name, email address and phone number, when you submit them
• The configuration details you provide: platform, vehicle, space and intended use
• Correspondence between you and our team
• Standard technical data from your visit, such as browser type and pages viewed

Why we hold it

To prepare your specification and quote, to run your project, to support the system after delivery, and to answer your questions. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run advertising on this site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers required to deliver a project — for example a payment processor or a shipping company — and only to the extent needed, or where the law requires disclosure.

Third-party content

Video on this site is embedded from YouTube and loads only after you click play. Once it loads, YouTube's own privacy terms apply. Map links open Google Maps in a new tab.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will act on the request.

Retention

Project records are kept for as long as we support the system and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Enquiries that do not become projects are removed once they are no longer relevant.
