Platform 03 · Commercial & Fleet

Commercial

Built for installations that run all day and for organisations that train drivers at scale — dealerships, events, corporate venues, and utility and logistics fleets. Same motion engineering, configured for operation by a team rather than an owner.

Who it's built for

Systems that are operated, not owned

A private system is set up once for one driver. A commercial system is used by a different person every twenty minutes, by staff who are not engineers, in a space where downtime is visible to customers. That changes what has to be designed: durability, reset behaviour, and a control layer anyone can run.

Scenarios launch from a single custom panel. No Windows, no simulation software, no technical operator required — the system is designed to be run by the venue or the training team itself.

The challenge

Utility fleets operate in conditions that cannot be rehearsed safely on real roads: mountain terrain, off-road access, degraded weather and emergency response. Training for these situations traditionally depends on exposure — waiting for the situation to happen.

What we built

A simulation platform configured for commercial vehicle operation, with vehicle models built from the operator's real fleet requirements and environments covering urban, mountain and off-road conditions with configurable weather and terrain. Scenarios launch from a single custom control panel — no Windows, no simulation software, no technical operator required.

Validated on site

The prototype was completed and tested in April 2026, with on-site validation carried out together with the PG&E team. Core functionality and concept were confirmed, and the program is moving into extended testing under real operating conditions.

Same motion engineering. Same obsession with feedback accuracy. A different mission — driver safety at operational scale.

Configured around you

Every installation is scoped to how it will be used

There are no packages and no levels of quality. What changes is the vehicles, the environments and who operates the system day to day.

Commercial engagements start with a conversation, not a deposit. We look at how the system will be used, by whom, and how often — then scope it.
